Anthropologie is relatively well known for their artistic and innovative displays that often use recycled or reclaimed materials.
For Earth day, they utilized a highly renewable resource: Cork. Cork is 100% natural, renewable, recyclable and biodegradable. The fashion and home goods chain transformed the stoppers into artwork on display through April. When the displays are broken down, they'll pass the corks onto Cork ReHarvest where they will be recycled as fishing bobs, brand-new flooring, paper pulp and more.
Psst.. you can enter to win some of the cork creations by guessing the number of corks (without going over) in their Rockefeller Center window. See the rules and regulations and make your guess by tomorrow by tweeting @Anthropologie.
